The Statehouse will be open for brunch on Thanksgiving Day as well as Thanksgiving dinner. Please see details below.

ASSORTED WARM ROLLS | sea salt, whipped rosemary butter

ORGANIC KALE CAESAR SALAD | house dressing, parmesan frico, buttered croutons

ROASTED ORGANIC TURKEY | brined, seasoned, on a bed of aromatic herbs and vegetables

ROSEMARY & GARLIC WHIPPED POTATO | turkey gravy

BRIOCHE STUFFING | leeks, celery, sage

ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS | applewood smoked bacon, shallots, thyme

SWEET POTATOES | bourbon, spiced pecans

CRANBERRY-ORANGE RELISH

HOUSEMADE PUMPKIN PIE | spiced whipped cream

BOURBON PECAN PIE | dark chocolate shavings

Augie’s Tavern at The Statehouse
12:00 pm–10 pm

Augie’s Tavern will be open featuring the à la carte Augie’s Bar Menu from  12:00pm – 8 pm on Thanksgiving.

We will offer an a la carte Turkey plate available in Augie’s as well.  No reservations. First come, first served. We will do our best to accommodate all hotel guests.
